Dore uburyo bwiza bwo kunywa amazi

Kunywa amazi ni ingirakamaro cyane kuko bifasha umubiri w’umuntu gukora neza. Umuntu ategetswe kunywa amazi  nibura Litiro imwe n’igice (1,5 litre) kugera kuri Litiro ebyiri n’igice (2,5 litres) ku munsi.

  • Mbere yo kwiyuhagira: Kunywa amazi mbere yo kwiyuhagira cyangwa koga bishobora kugabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso.
  • Mbere yo kuryama : Kunywa amazi mbere yo kuryama bituma habaho gukumira ibura ry’umwuma mu mubiri rishobora guterwa n’uko umuntu aba amaze amasaha menshi asinziriye.
