Menya impamvu yo kubira ibyuya

Ubusanzwe kubira ibyuya ni uburyo bwerekana imikorere myiza y’umubiri. Hari abantu usanga babira ibyuya mu kwaha, mu mutwe, mu ntoki cyangwa mu birenge. Nubwo ibyuya ari ibintu bisanzwe, ariko hari ubwo bikabya ku buryo umuntu yumva agomba kubirwanya.

Kubira ibyuya hari ubwo biza mu gihe cy’ubugimbi cyangwa ubwangavu, bikazongera kugaruka nyuma y’imyaka 40 ndetse n’igihe cyo gucura (ménopause) ku bagore.
